Cake Decorating Classes

This is a class showing you how to assemble a semi naked wedding cake.

This is not a baking class.

You will learn how to fill and prepare three different cake flavours, dowel your cake, prepare fresh flowers to go onto your cake and includes a real life cake assembly at a wedding venue to create the final cake.

PLEASE NOTE - the classes are for personal use only, you are not permitted to teach the content to other students or to be used in a demonstration under any circumstances without prior permission from Tracey Mann. Any student found in breach of this agreement will be removed from the course material.
